Branding Process

Our Branding Process allows for ease of experience and understanding without compromising the integrity of your standards, our values, or the finished product as a source of hope and happiness, pride, and revenue or growth generation.

Introduction

Initial Dialogue / Relationship Building
We love coffee – and of course the excuse to consume more of it. We’ll meet with you in a relaxed setting – work, home, coffee shop (naturally), to discuss your wants and needs – working toward the alignment, integration and coordination of brand, marketing and communications strategies to activate, advance and align the reputation / image, priorities and business plan objectives of your business, organization or community. Simply put, we’ll get to know you – and you, us.

Tailored Proposal Generation
We’ll take some time to digest – not the coffee, but your words. With a greater understanding of your goals and challenges, we will craft together an in-depth proposal customized to address your specific needs, clearly outlining a direction moving forward connecting purpose with greatness while defining roles, intent, timelines and budget.

Proposal Presentation / Q&A (In Person)
More coffee. You know the drill. Plus we really love to wax poetic when it comes to brand, marketing and communications. That’s just a more romantic way of saying we really love to tell a great story.

Sign-off and Scheduling
Successful brands are built from the inside out. For this we need your trust in our methodologies, and your excitement, enthusiasm and belief that we will guide you – through the creation of a holistic, comprehensive and actionable strategic plan to dictate touch-point events and inspire impactful brand and marketing communications initiatives that will drive people to take big action.

Education

Optional – designed for larger teams, boards or ownership groups.

Key Stakeholder Presentation: Build a Better Brand to Build a Better Audience to Build a Better Brand (in Person)
This highly informative and engaging 2-4 hour Brand 101 presentation is a logical and critical first step (especially among multiple stakeholders / decision makers) to ensure organizational-wide “buy-in” through clear understanding as to the nebulous notion of brand: what brand is, what brand isn’t, and why the branding / rebranding process is key to audience / customer engagement and business success.
